Sillons · the cockpit
Run multiple career trajectories in parallel. Sillons scrapes the European market once a day, scores every posting against your profile, tailors a CV per persona, and keeps every application moving. One identity. Many directions.
Definition
Sillon (n., French) — a furrow plowed in a field. The line a plow leaves in the soil so the next pass knows where to go.
In Sillons (the product), each Sillon is one direction you're cultivating in parallel with others — one identity, one focused skill stack, one CV variation, one company watchlist. Run as many as you have ambitions. The cockpit keeps each furrow clear.
The pattern
Most career tools assume you know what you want. Sillons assumes you're between two — or three, or four. An engineer thinking of going into product. A consultant quietly building a side-bet as a founder. A senior IC keeping a "if-I-leave" lane warm. The pattern repeats: we have parallel selves, and the market doesn't care about any of them until we put names on each one.
Example
Jean is a senior engineer in Lyon. He's running three Sillons simultaneously: an embedded-engineering path, a product-management pivot, and a "what if I started something" founder lane. Each Sillon has its own persona card, scraped feed, scored matches, and CV.
How it works
The cockpit gives each Sillon four interlocking surfaces: discover the market, score it against you, tailor your CV, and track where every application is.
01 · SCRAPE
One global cron, eight sources, ten EU countries. RSS firehoses, Adzuna, France Travail, the ATS endpoints of every company you watch. Sillons pulls the same posting only once and keeps the corpus deduplicated.
Daily corpus
02 · SCORE
The scoring engine reads your profile (skills, experience, projects, languages, salary band) and grades each posting on stack overlap, role fit, seniority, and constraints. The 'why' panel shows the reasoning — no black box, no buzzword soup.
Why this score?
03 · TAILOR
Pick a layout. Pick a Sillon. The CV Engine reorders your projects, picks the matching skills, drops a tagline aligned with the persona, and generates a clean PDF + DOCX. The auto-tailor knows Arabic doesn't belong on a French embedded JD.

04 · TRACK
A Linear-style kanban from 'discovered' through 'interviewing' to 'accepted'. Stuck applications surface as 'stale' in your morning briefing. No more job-search Notion doc that decays after two weeks.
